I was in the car with the kids today. We had just picked Parker up from school. As soon as parker got in the car he and Lizzie started a conversation about men and ear piercing. I know it seems kinda strange I had to turn the radio down to catch all that was being said, but here is what mt kids decided about the whole thing.
Lizzie: Men can have their ears pierced
Parker: Only if they are pirates
Lizzie: Well I went to a restaurant one time and my waiter had an earring
Parker: Its because he was a pirate
Lizzie: Well he wasn't dressed like a pirate
Parker: Its because he was working
Lizzie: but pirates wear eye patches
Parker: not when they are at work
I thought it was very cute and parker was so sure he was right, there was no way any other man would pierce his ear, and the reason I know this is because Parker said if you are not a pirate it would be very embarrassing to have an earring!
